What are your methods of payment?
We currently accept PayPal, PayPal accepts all major Credit/Debit and Visa Electron cards.

Do you use cPanel?
Yes. All accounts come with cPanel as standard, installed free of charge. We also offer full support for cPanel.

How long does it take for my order to complete?
Most Orders will be complete within 24 hours, domain registrations can take up to 72 hours for the DNS to resolve.

Do you offer 24/7 Support?
Yes. We offer support all day everyday you can contact us via E-mail MSN/AOL Messenger for live support or you can create a support ticket threw our client area where high priority support tickets message the tech on duty for a fast response.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer refunds up untill 15 days of your account being activated, all refunds exclude administration costs and domain registration costs.
